At Global Fusion, our philosophy is simple. We aim to convey our passion for great dishes of the world, through a quest for perfect ingredients and technique, plus a deep-seated desire to continue learning how to evolve and blend old traditions and modern tastes.
We have 2 rooms in our Restaurant – The main restaurant and a private dining room for large groups or private functions. Please note that all events have a 10% administrative fee
Bar
For over 15 years, ‘The Bar’ at Global Fusion has been a both a mecca for craft beer fans and a relaxed convivial neighborhood pub. Whilst ‘The Bar’ may lack screened distractions, games, or live entertainment, it is for drinking, eating and talking with friends, new and old.
We offer a carefully selected, ever-changing menu of craft beers – on 68 taps and in bottles, fine wines, spirits and cocktails, cider and meads.
‘The Bar’ is open to both the general public and to our restaurant diners. Please note that no food is served in ‘The Bar’ as a superb variety is available in our restaurant.
If you are waiting to pick up a takeaway order from us, have a free beer on us whilst you wait to collect your order (takeaway orders over £25).
Takeaway
Our award winning Takeaway opened it’s doors in 2017 and within a short span of time we have earned a loyal and supportive patronage as well as acclaim in and around our neighbourhood.
The One Goal of Roberto, our Pizza Chef from Napoli, is to offer an Authentic, Wood-Fired Pizza with a taste exclusive to Italy.
Use our online ordering system to choose your Pizza and/or Burger options. Then select the time and day you would like your order ready. Note there is a minimum 30 minute time as everything is created and cooked on demand.
